Reception Team
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.
Please remember the doctors have trained the receptionists to collect some simple information from you to help them offer the most appropriate appointment or advice.
Anything you tell them will be treated in absolute confidence.
Practice Administrators
The practice employs Administration staff who support the Doctors and the Practice Manager and are happy to help with enquiries.
Dispensary team
Our Dispensing team is absolutely invaluable to the running of the practice. They are responsible for the smooth running of our dispensary, which is one of our greatest assets, allowing patients who don’t have a pharmacy within one mile of their home to pick up prescriptions directly from us. They work tirelessly checking and packing prescriptions and dosette boxes and are always a friendly face as you enter the practice.
