Each session contains up to 45 minutes of low to medium impact & intensity exercise, adapted to the needs of the group, to help you stay active and get stronger.
Our In Person 90 Minute Group Sessions Include:
12 weeks of light exercise, education & support, to help you achieve a healthier weight, and maintain a balanced diet.
With the help of your friendly & qualified coach, learn new skills and realistic changes you can make to your everyday life to reach your goals.
Nutrition
Each session you will cover a different topic to help you make sustainable long term changes to improve your diet, mindset, habits and overall health.
